Today I went with my sister to buy souvenirs for our family. Everything they sell is beautiful, but the cashier was very rude. I paid with two $1,000 bills and a $1,300 keychain. The cashier asked me if I had change, and my sister said yes. She gave her a $200 bill, a $50 bill, two $20 bills, and a $10 bill. The cashier then told us she wouldn't accept our change. We were stuck. My sister asked her: "But what if I'm giving you the change you asked for?" She replied again, "THOSE BILLS WERE NOT USABLE." Really? I don't understand why she can't accept those bills in Argentina. The truth is, we waited for her to sort something out so we could buy what we had, and no, right after, she rudely took our keychain. Then we realized that the same store is right on the corner. We went in to buy other things there, and the service from the girls was amazing. They were super friendly, attentive, and helped us find the keychain we wanted without having to make a big deal out of it like the cashier at the other store. And you know what's the best part? At the store on the corner, we paid with the same bills that the other store wouldn't accept. What bothers me the most is that she's Venezuelan, and if she'd do this to us (I'm Venezuelan), imagine what she'd do to a tourist. Dear owners, please visit that store soon and find the lady because she doesn't know how to handle people. Thanks for reading! P.S. I hate doing this kind of thing on Google Maps, but everyone should read your rudeness.

I went in a little nervous because of the reviews I read, but the girls were super friendly and even showed me t-shirts in different sizes... but unfortunately they weren't to my liking and I only bought one keychain 😬☺️ …

The truth is that the prices are generally good, better than other places I've inquired about. I bought keychains and received excellent service; the staff were very polite and attentive. I have no negative comments.
